On a mission to transform lives, workplaces, and communities.
About Tyana Edwards
I was born in Brooklyn and raised by grandmothers who taught me how to move with discernment, grace, and a sharp eye for what matters. My life has been shaped by faith, struggle, beauty, and survival. I have known what it feels like to be unseen and I have known what it feels like to be covered and called.
I live in the in-between. Between institutions and intuition, expectation and spirit, noise and clarity, and yes, even between paychecks. I do not float through life. I am refined by pain, grounded by responsibility, and awakened through disruption. Purpose keeps me moving and God keeps me aligned.
I speak both languages of leadership. I move through the boardroom and the prayer room with ease. I see systems and souls. I design strategies and build cultures where people and organizations do more than function, they thrive. I recently founded Humane Consulting to help organizations build spaces where clarity, accountability, and human excellence are non-negotiable.
Grace Podcast, a space for honest storytelling, spiritual insight, and inner healing. Built from the core of the podcast, I began coaching people who are navigating transitions, burnout, and the challenge of showing up fully in a world that rarely slows down.
My 15+ years of experience spans education, healthcare operations, retail, consulting, and entrepreneurship. I am pursuing a second Master of Education degree in Educational Leadership with a vision to open a school grounded in creativity, healing, and purpose-driven learning. Deeply, I believe systems should nurture. People should feel seen, supported, and inspired.
This is not work for me. This is covenant. I lead with empathy, integrity, and relentless drive. I create spaces where strategy meets soul and people are invited to step fully into who they are. If this resonates, you are already in the right place.
Renew your spirit.
Allow God to reveal your purpose.
As the fiery trials of life test our faith, remember the story of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego who stood unflinching in the midst of the blazing furnace, protected by the fourth man who was none other than the Lord Himself. Just as they emerged unscathed from the fire, so too can we emerge from life's trials with our faith refined and strengthened, knowing that God is with us even in the hottest of moments.
Let the fire of the Holy Spirit consume our doubts and fears, replacing them with the unwavering trust that God's plan is perfect. Just as the tongues of fire descended upon the apostles at Pentecost, let this same fire ignite within us a boldness to proclaim His word and share His love with the world.
In this world that constantly changes, let the eternal fire of God's love be our anchor. As the psalmist proclaimed, "The Lord your God is a consuming fire" (Deuteronomy 4:24). May this divine fire consume us wholly, purifying our intentions, refining our character, and guiding us closer to God's heart.
