About Tyana Edwards
I was born in Brooklyn and raised by grandmothers who taught me how to walk with both discernment and grace. My early life was shaped by faith, struggle, beauty, and survival. I have known what it means to feel unseen. I have also known what it means to be covered and called.
Much of my life has unfolded in-between spaces. In-between institutions and intuition. In-between what the world expected of me and what I knew to be true in my spirit. I am not someone who had the luxury of floating through life. I was refined by pain, grounded by responsibility, and awakened through repeated disruption. What saved me was purpose. What sustained me was God.
Over the years, I have learned how to hold space for duality. I can move between the boardroom and the prayer room with ease. I can speak the language of systems and still honor the invisible threads of the spiritual world. My work and presence are built on that — the belief that clarity, growth, and excellence are possible when we stop performing and start aligning.
Professionally, I have worked across education, healthcare operations, and consulting. I am the founder of Humane Consulting, a culture strategy firm focused on helping organizations build environments where people don’t just function, but thrive. I am also the creator of Grace Podcast, a spiritual media space rooted in faith, inner healing, and honest storytelling. In addition, I offer one-on-one coaching for those navigating life transitions, emotional and spiritual burnout, or just looking for clarity in a noisy world.
At the heart of everything I do is a commitment to truth and transformation. I don’t promise quick fixes. What I offer is a space for people to remember who they are and what God is actually calling them to become. I work with the soul in mind and the future in focus.
I am currently pursuing my Master of Education in Educational Leadership, with a long-term vision of opening a school grounded in creativity, healing, and purpose-driven learning. I believe deeply in building systems that nurture, not harm. I believe in restoration. I believe in God’s timing.
This isn’t just work for me. This is covenant. This is the life I was assigned to live, and I carry it with both humility and boldness. I’m not trying to be everything to everyone. I’m just trying to be fully who I am and invite others to do the same.

On a mission to transform lives, workplaces, and communities.
Renew your spirit.
Allow God to reveal your purpose.
As the fiery trials of life test our faith, remember the story of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego who stood unflinching in the midst of the blazing furnace, protected by the fourth man who was none other than the Lord Himself. Just as they emerged unscathed from the fire, so too can we emerge from life's trials with our faith refined and strengthened, knowing that God is with us even in the hottest of moments.
Let the fire of the Holy Spirit consume our doubts and fears, replacing them with the unwavering trust that God's plan is perfect. Just as the tongues of fire descended upon the apostles at Pentecost, let this same fire ignite within us a boldness to proclaim His word and share His love with the world.
In this world that constantly changes, let the eternal fire of God's love be our anchor. As the psalmist proclaimed, "The Lord your God is a consuming fire" (Deuteronomy 4:24). May this divine fire consume us wholly, purifying our intentions, refining our character, and guiding us closer to God's heart.
